I needed a battery for my 8 year old Dell laptop. I could not get the battery from Dell because they stopped carrying it. After researching online I found LaptopBatteryDirect and to my surprise they had the battery I needed. Very fast shipping. I have been following the 5 day instructions to get the best power out of the battery. Just disappointed the charge didn't last as long as they said ,however, I am not sorry for my purchase and would recommend to others...they still had the best prices and products than the others??
