I had the problem with my HP laptop battery showing "plugged in, not charging". The battery showed 55% full but when unplugged, the laptop shut down. I tried several suggestions found on youtube but finally ordered a battery. LaptopBatteryDirect was shipped quickly, new product, partially charged and seems to have fixed my problem of "plugged in, not charging" I have used for several days and recharging is fine.

Haven't had it long enough to know if the battery life is as good as the original but it was very well priced, arrived early and it works.
