The Battery in my HP Pavilion laptop quit working and I went on-line to find an acceptable replacement. I ordered a new one from the LaptopBatteryDirect because it had the same power rating as the original battery. It came packaged in a nice sturdy protective cardboard box, complete with anti-static wrapping and surrounded by foam cushioning inside the shipping box. It was 92% charged right out of the box and when I installed it, and it quickly charged up to 100%. i then unplugged the power supply and took the laptop to my couch and it ran very well as it switched over to battery power seamlessly. I viewed video from my grandson's soccer game for most of an hour and the battery hardly ran down at all as I watched the entire soccer game. I still had an hour and 45 minutes of battery power left after viewing the soccer video. I am glad I bought this battery, and now I am back up to full battery capacity on my computer..... The battery is a direct replacement for the original HP battery and it has the same 41W/h capacity as the original battery, so it should work fine for many years.
