I purchased two batteries together, for my laptop and my ipad. The delivery was very quick , around two days for London, the batteries fitted exactly in the device and gave the same amount of backup as I would have expected. I hope these last for a long time and I'm very happy with these batteries.

A little bit of fumbling to negotiate their website... nothing significant. And the postman delivered on day 6 not day 5... but I live in a rural community so we expect that... and for the rest 'it did what it said on the tin'

Ordered a battery replacement for my laptop and unfortunately the first battery delivered was defective. My email to customer support was answered promptly and after confirming with me that I had ordered the correct battery I was offered a refund or replacement. I opted for replacement which was sent out straight away and this time worked without problem. I think the level of service deserves 5 stars and they didn't ask me to return the defective battery.
