Great job. This company did exactly what it promised to do. The part I ordered did not meet my requirement and they quickly arranged the return at no cost to myself AND ACTIONED THE REFUND ON EVIDENCE OF RETURN POSTING WITHOUT WAITING FOR THE ITEM TO BE RECEIVED BACK. This is unusually good in my experience and I will definitely use them again.

Ordered a battery replacement for my laptop and unfortunately the first battery delivered was defective. My email to customer support was answered promptly and after confirming with me that I had ordered the correct battery I was offered a refund or replacement. I opted for replacement which was sent out straight away and this time worked without problem. I think the level of service deserves 5 stars and they didn't ask me to return the defective battery.
