Easy to order the battery. Have been using the battery for about a week with no problem. Went through the charging-discharging process to prolong the life of the battery. It now says I should have just under 5 hours of battery life which is within the expected range. I am running an external keyboard and mouse plus I have an external SVGA monitor attached. The form factor for the battery causes it to protrude from the back; not a problem for me but if you have a case that just fits your laptop, could be an inconvenience.

I believe I located the correct battery based on the info from my original battery, but your site did not list my actual computer model, dell Inspiron 17 5767, so I am not 100% certain the battery will be correct
