easy install, comes with tool you need to swap. My old battery was old and bulging, bought this and a new cord. Have had for more than six months with like new battery life.

The information was good (updates) on the status of delivery, in the process, the order was delivered a few days late. So don't expect fast delivery and the service is great!

My husband purchased the battery for his laptop. It arrived in a timely manor and was fairly simple to install. YouTube videos are helpful. Seems to be working just fine.

The battery seemed like an exact replacement. It fit fine and worked right away. Not sure what it's life span will be but so far so good. I prefer to buy American made but at double the price sometimes I will buy the imported alternative.

The battery was an exact size replacement for the original Dell battery. Replacing the battery took less than 10 minutes - I spent more time getting the bottom cover off and on than actually replacing the battery :-) Considering the age of this laptop, I really couldn't justify paying Dell's price for an OEM battery. This was a good alternative.
