I got the battery I wanted and the purchasing process is easy if you know laptop model and battery voltage, but the transaction and delivery process was a bit dodgy. When I finished ordering, I got an email saying my payment went to a vendor with a name in Chinese characters, then the dispatch confirmation email was addressed by different company that was not laptop battery direct. For a moment I thought money gone. Their delivery process was dodgy too. Website days 3-5 days shipping by Auspost but my order started from Sydney 8 days after purchasing, and was being delivered by fastway/aramex instead. Though that delay could be due to the virus pandemic. The package also had me worried. It said content was AC adaptor but when I opened the package it turned out to be a battery of identical spec but not original HP replacement. Still the battery works as good as new on my laptop so I am pleased. My advice would be to know your laptop model correctly when searching and making absolutely sure you've selected the right voltage. Otherwise there is no need to be worried about the dodgyness because at the end of the day, I got what I bought and the battery works great.

Followed the charging instructions that were enclosed and couldn’t be happier with the battery! It was for my wife’s laptop and saved a ton of money. Don’t let the price fool you it’s an awesome battery.
