The battery delivery was fine, but promises made by Tiffany Huang are not delivered. I was promised a refund for sending a wrong battery to another customer. When I chased my refund I was only refunded for the battery less a handling charge but the promise to refund my postage was not kept and my followup ignored. Unfortunately the company does not live up to its promises.
