I bought the battery on January 12th, It's failing to charge already on April 4. Has been fine up till a week ago, now it won't charge. contacted their service staff and told me that they would resend the battery for me. Until now, I have not received any battery. I sent many emails without a reply. Don’t trust these people. It might work temporarily but when it dies, there isn't support behind their product. Not worth the money. I will post my suggestions to other Internet places.

Dear customer: Really sorry for this matter. Our technicians check that your computer cannot be used normally and think that it is not a problem with the battery itself, so resending a new battery cannot solve the current problem. Just as we reached an agreement by email, we will refund you the full amount, and you will receive the refund within 3 working days.

My battery was delivered the next day. Because there are a bewildering number of laptop batteries out there I was worried that I may have ordered the wrong one. It was the correct one, took seconds to fit and so far it works perfectly.Obviously I can't say how long it will last just yet , however at the price paid it is a bargain if it only works for a year.Very pleased with this purchase, the follow up and additional information supplied from the seller is also impressive.
