I got this back up battery for a family friend. He uses all apple products and is not tech savy at all. He often gets frustrated when systems run slow or emails aren't sent/received because the power dies so fast. He used this on his laptop and with my husband's help installing it there was no fuss or hassle. His applications are running much smoother with a longer battery life now. He will be ordering a few more for backups incase he has trouble again.

Recently my 3 year old Toshiba laptop began malfunctioning when its battery was dying. The only option was to use the A/C adapter.
