Delivery was a day later than given when ordered. The web site was very comprehensive and easy to find the correct replacement but despite this the new battery is larger than the original and protrudes out approx 1.5cm at the bottom of the PC which should have been expained at time of ordering. However not a major issue and the battery appears to be working fine after one day of use.

Ordered a laptop battery for a relative's Toshiba Laptop. Slight problem with delivery. Yet, laptopbatterydirect.com sorted out the issue quickly and efficiently (a shipping company mishap). They contacted me to inform me of the parcel's whereabouts and ensured that the parcel reached me ASAP. Former frustration gone. Pleasant to have a company that appreciates their customers. Battery works well and will use the company again.

They originally sended the wrong battery and I had serious problems with the costumer service, however they apologized properly, made a full reinbursemment and still send the correct battery. They have improoved a lot the costumer service.
