We understand that there was an issue with the battery in your first order. However, we noticed that the return shipment was not addressed according to our return guidelines. Unfortunately, because the package did not include the correct return address or recipient name as specified in our return policy, our warehouse was unable to receive it. As a result, we are unable to process a refund for this order at this time.
If you still have the return package, please contact the shipping carrier to see if it can be rerouted or returned to you. Once you have the correct return details, we would be happy to assist you further.

For your second order, please rest assured that if there is any issue with the battery, we will take full responsibility.
