My daughter's Dell XPS 13 battery had gone dead and found that replacement battery order from Dell is far too expensive, hence purchased through eBay. It was cheap and took almost a month to arrive. When received one of the screw hole was damaged and cannot be installed and also it was not the right battery. I got the refund. I was almost made up my mind to order from Dell, when I found laptopbatterydirect to change my mind. The ordered battery was received in 10 days in perfect condition. It was nicely any packaged to sustain any mishandling during transit and installed immediately. Bingo! The laptop started normally as if it did with the original battery and charged and retain the charge well.
