The battery in my Asus laptop had ceased to function. It would not charge up at all which meant it was impossible for me to carry the laptop about as it needed to be permanently plugged in. After research I found this Company and they were marvellous. From ordering to receiving they kept me fully up to date with the movement of my battery and it arrived two days earlier than the expected delivery date. I am NOT a bot as one reviewer suggested, but a genuine customer and I would recommend LaptopBatteryDirect without hesitation. Basically they have saved me hundreds of pounds which it what it would have cost to buy a new laptop. I am very grateful.

I was mending an ageing & obsolescent Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook P7000 series computer for a friend & the battery was failing to recharge and required replacement. Having surveyed the web briefly, I found that there were very few sources of the required compatible battery and some were asking for exceptionally high prices. laptopbatterydirect came in at around $47.60. They were courteous in responding to a carriage costs query for which I could have found the answer on their web site. The battery arrived from overseas in a matter of days and was not delayed by customs. It appears to be exactly compatible. I have given it to my friend to use in the Lifebook and await his comments. As it stands I am very impressed with LaptopBatteryDirect on account of (I) best price (ii) availability of rare item (iii) quick delivery & (iv) courteous response, and would therefore recommend that you use them.

I found laptopbatterydirect on Google and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and product quality. I received my laptop battery even earlier than expected and it works perfectly. I would recommend this website for anyone looking for a new laptop battery!

We ordered a laptop battery, it did take a couple of weeks to arrive but it was clearly stated in the product notes that delivery was 7-14 days. Battery was as ordered off the site. So very happy with the service

Delivery was lightning fast even though I am halfway across the world from the LaptopBatteryDirect. They kept communicating all the way about the status of my order.
